Greensburg Community High School

The Greensburg boys and girls cross country teams both finished second in a four-way meet with North Decatur, South Decatur, and Batesville on Thursday night. On the boys side, Joe Hawkins and TJ Gorman finished first and second for the Pirates. Cam Schwartz finished seventh. Quinton Walker finished ninth. For the girls, freshman Alaina Bedel won the event in a time of 20:53, the 11th-fastest time in school history. Hannah Corwell finished seventh, Tiffani Gramman finished ninth, and Ally Foster finished tenth. The Pirates return to the course on Saturday, Aug. 26 in the Franklin Community High School Invitational.
