The Greensburg girls soccer team surrendered an early goal in the 4' to the Shelbyville Golden Bears Thursday night, which set the pace for the rest of the contest. The Pirates fell 11-0 in a game that was called with 20 minutes remaining on the clock. Keeper Madeline Shrader saw 29 shots on goal during the match with the Golden Bears controlling possession for most of the contest. The Pirates are now 3-6 on the season. The girls soccer team is back in action on Saturday at 10 a.m. as part of a doubleheader with the boys soccer team against Rushville for the annual Battle of the Ball.
