The Greensburg girls soccer team traveled to Lawrenceburg Saturday as part of a boys/girls doubleheader. The Tigers, ranked #10 in 2A, controlled the field for the entire match, winning the match 9-0. The Pirates held off the scoring attacks for the first eight minutes, but it proved to be too much. Keeper Madeline Shrader faced 14 shots on goal, allowing seven in the first half. Keeper Emma Hostetler saw nine shots on goal, allowing two goals in the 30 minutes played of the second half. The game would end with just over 10 minutes left on the clock. The Pirates (4-8, 1-4 EIAC) return to action Wednesday on the road at South Dearborn at 6 p.m.
