Boys basketball takes down Connersville

The Greensburg boys basketball team notched a conference win over Connersville on the road Friday night, defeating the Spartans 49-45. Senior Bradley Lutz scored 14 points to lead the Pirates. Junior Jack McKinsey scored 13 points. Senior Drew Busick scored 10 points. The Pirates hit seven three-point baskets in the win. The Pirates (8-3, 2-0 EIAC) play the second half of a road back-to-back Saturday at Shelbyville. A JV/Varsity doubleheader tips off at 6 p.m.
