Greensburg Community High School

Senior Emarie Jackson finished her incredible career at Greensburg Community High School with runner-up finishes in both the shot put and discus in Friday's IHSAA State Finals at Indiana University. Jackson threw 48-09 in the shot put, finishing second to Bloomington North's Hadley Lucas, who threw a 51-11. In the discus, Jackson threw 152-03. Lucas won the discus with a throw of 169-06. Greensburg's Olivia Grimes finished 23rd in the discus with a throw of 107-07. Jackson will compete collegiately at the University of Delaware.
