Greensburg Community High School has transitioned to FinalForms as its software for collecting physical forms and signatures on required district forms for participation in school athletics. FinalForms will help district administrators, coaches, and medical staff quickly access important health information and collaborate about your player's injury if one were to occur. Parents can also upload their player's physicals directly to FinalForms instead of needing to provide paper copies to the school.
