Families of athletes who need a physical for participation in athletics in 2023-2024 have three options through Decatur County Memorial Hospital. Tree City Medical Partners will be hosting a physical night on June 6 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. The office is located at 955 N. Michigan Rd. in Greensburg. Physicals will cost $20 at the event. If you already have a DCMH medical provider, you may schedule a physical anytime for $30. Call your provider to schedule an appointment. Any immediate care clinic will perform a physical for your student-athlete for $30. Walk-ins are welcome.
