Greensburg Community High School

Greensburg Community High School has officially named Shawn Busick as the next head coach of the boys basketball program. The hire was approved by the school board on Tuesday night. Busick comes to Greensburg after successful head coaching tenures at Bellmont, Zionsville, and most recently, Traders Point Christian. Busick has over 30 years coaching experience, compiling an overall record of 436-250, including nine conference championships, seven sectional championships, one regional championship, one semi-state championship, and a state runner-up finish in 2004 at Bellmont High School. Busick's 436 wins ranks 15th all-time in Indiana. He has developed five Indiana All-Stars and 15 NCAA D1 athletes in his coaching career. Busick is a graduate of Grace College. Busick has previously taught English and physical education. Busick and his wife Cathy have a son, Drew, who will be a senior at Greensburg next season.
