The Greensburg girls tennis team saw their undefeated season come to an end Tuesday night, falling to Bloomington North 4-1 in the regional held at Bloomington South. No. 2 doubles pairing Hailey Duerstock and Josie Nobbe earned the only win of the night for the Pirates, winning 6-1, 6-3. No. 1 doubles pairing Janae Comer and Ella Chapman lost 2-6, 0-6. In singles, Jenna Foster was defeated 2-6, 3-6. Abigail Hoeing lost 1-6, 1-6. Mary Harmon lost 0-6, 0-6. The Pirates finish their season 18-1 with an Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference championship and a sectional championship.
